LEVEL 1 SUPPORT ROLE – CUSTOMER SERIVCE OFFICER

Highly Demonstrated Communicator, Industry Experienced, Proficient Problem Solver

Skills/Responsibilities: Sound understanding of Internet Services
 

Highly demonstrated communicator ..with the ability to convey tasks over the phone

  Dynamic personality with the ability to convert sales
 

Fluent understanding of all Windows Operating Systems (post WIN98)

  Sound understanding of Dial Up and ADSL service operations &  troubleshooting
 

Understanding of Web Hosting, PSTN & ISDN mobile phone handsets knowledge is favourable

 

Highly methodical, with sound problem solving skills

 

Previous experience with Customer Service/Helpdesk Support

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
